We offer on-site and online courses and workshops, as well as the sale of specialised ceramic 3D printing machinery.

Payment and Cancellations

The reservation includes participation in the workshop of your choice.

Once the booking has been made, no refunds will be accepted.

It will be possible to change the holder of the booking (have someone else come in your place), exchange it for a voucher in the Jetclay online shop or save the booking for the next event.

If for any reason the organisers are unable to carry out the event, advance notice will be given and a refund or change of date will be made, according to the client’s request.

Materials and firing:

All materials, tools, paints, engobes, glazes, aprons and the firing of the pieces are included in the price.

The pieces can be collected from our studio once you have received the message informing you that the pieces are ready for collection.

In the case of long-term courses, deliveries are made once a month.

Dispute Management

In case of disputes, official complaint forms will be used.
